A 9,000-square-meter office building shaped like a stone colossus is planned right next to Lake Ülemiste. It is inspired by the granite boulders characteristic of the area and an ancient local legend associated with them. With its freeform structure and skin that weathers and changes appearance over time, the building integrates into a site lacking a clear urban plan, forming a nature-oriented whole with the surrounding pine forest. Located on the city’s edge, next to a major traffic artery, the 12-storey massif simultaneously functions as an imposing landmark.
